By using GroupsMax, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. What GroupsMax is

GroupsMax is a directory website that lists publicly submitted WhatsApp group invite links, organized by category, location, and language, to help people discover groups they might be interested in. The site is open to everyone — anyone can browse and join a listed group, and anyone can submit their own group for others to discover, all without creating an account. GroupsMax is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of its respective owner, used here only to describe the service our links point to.

2. Submitting a group

By submitting a group, you confirm that you have the right to share its invite link, that the link is genuine and currently working, and that the group's content follows our Rules for Group Publishers. Every submission is reviewed before it appears publicly, and we reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our discretion, for any reason, without notice — including groups that are inactive, reported, misleading, or that we otherwise believe don't belong on the site.

3. Your edit code

The edit code we give you after submitting is your only way to manage your listing later. Keep it safe — anyone who has it can edit or delete that group's listing. We are not responsible for edit codes that are lost, shared, or misused.

4. Using the directory

You're welcome to browse and join any group listed here, but joining is entirely between you and that group's own admins — we have no control over what happens inside a WhatsApp group once you join it. See our Disclaimer page for more on this.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to use GroupsMax to submit spam, illegal content, or groups that violate WhatsApp's own terms of service; to attempt to disrupt or abuse the site (including its submission, editing, or reporting systems); or to scrape, copy, or republish our listings in bulk without permission.

6. No warranty

GroupsMax is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any listed group is safe, active, appropriate, or accurately described, and links may stop working at any time if a group is deleted, made private, or reaches WhatsApp's own member limit. Use your own judgment before joining any group.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroupsMax and its owner are not liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from your use of the site or from any WhatsApp group you find through it — including anything said, shared, or done by other members of a group after you join.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use GroupsMax after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
